Order Status

Status update as of June 1:


 If you see your order has not shipped in the timeframe you thought it might, please give it an extra day or two. We thank you for your patience as we work as hard as we can to get your order out during these challenging times. The pool industry as well as us and our suppliers have seen a 500% increase in order volume while at the same time being heavily restricted by social distancing rules in the workplace.
A Special note on the following categories:


  • Above Ground Pools: All our pool suppliers are working to get caught up. Most pools are delayed by a few extra weeks due to COVID-19 social distancing rules. All of our customers will be receiving there order.
  • Raypak Heaters: Raypak is waiting on a few components from China to arrive. They are expecting mid to late June.
  • Hayward Equipment: In general most Hayward is shipping in 2 to 3 weeks or less.
  • SR Smith: SR Smith is shipping in 1 to 3 weeks for the most part. Certain items may take longer.
  • All other items. In general, everything else is shipping in 5 to 7 days and arriving within 10 days. If you order is not one of the above and older than 10 days, please reach out to us.
