Canceling entire orders or an item

To ensure fast service, orders are automatically entered into our order system within minutes of being placed. Once this happens, it is too late in cancel or modify an order.

• Call us at 1-800-464-9898 to attempt to cancel an order.
• All successful cancellations are charged a 20% cancellation fee.
• Email modifications will not be accepted.
• Once processed (Either sent to our warehouse or one of our third party vendors), an order can not be cancelled or modified.
