| Until now, stair installations required the use of cumbersome cinder blocks to support and level pool stairs. This method adds to the material cost of the installation and requires several hours of costly labor.
Quaker's standard Block Buster Stair Leveling Support System ends these problems forever! Precision engineered, leveling support posts (not PVC pipe), are bolted to the rigidizing support channel strategically located on each stair. Leveling support posts are easily and quickly attached. At ground level, a matching shoe serves as the bottom support, predrilled for a network of rerods for performance when concrete is poured. Once the bottom shoe is bolted in place, the stairs are easily leveled.
All components are predrilled and packaged with our stairs. You save time, material, and labor while giving your customer a truly superior and professional installation. It's another first, only from Quaker!
Permanent Deadend Block Assures a Watertight Installation with Quaker In-Pool Steps and Swim-Out
Our In-Pool Steps are easily adapted to all known swimming pools. Secondly, and most importantly, our unique deadend block design innovation helps assure a watertight installation. A permanent, solid plastic deadend block is securely bonded, at the factory, behind the entire screw area of our Pool Steps. This block totally encapsulates all screws, assuring non-leak installation.
With our In-Pool Steps, none of the potential problems of exposed screws can occur. If a liner replacement is ever necessary, the face plate screws can be quickly and easily removed, even if they have been undistributed for many years! Don't settle for less in your pool steps.
Bottom Shoe & Rerod
Support shoes and premeasured leveling support posts are provided with all Quaker In-Pool products. Simply locate the leveling support posts in the shoes and bolt in place. Place rerods through the upper predrilled holes, level your stairs and place concrete. This gives you a permanent installation without blocks and without costly labor and materials. It's fast, professional, easy and permanent! (Nuts, Bolts and Shoes only supplied.)
Top Support Channel & Post
A simple nut and bolt allows you to easily attach the heavy duty leveling support posts to the predrilled rigidized support channels which are permanently welded to the bottom of the rigidized stair and are strategically located for maximum support and dispersion of load. |
