- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund. (See conditions below)
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
- Confirm your return meets our terms and conditions below
- Call 1-800-464-9898 and request an RMA.
- Repackage your item(s) including all packing materials, instructions, rebates, etc, in original manufacture box.(See Packaging tips below)
- Ship your return, freight prepaid, by taking your package(s) to a Fedex Kinko's, UPS Store or any other shipping center.
- Use clear packaging tape.
- Have shipping company type RMA number in reference field on shipping label.
- Make sure you or the shipper do not write on the original box. (Otherwise restocking charges of 25% may apply)
Terms and Conditions
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
- C.O.D. returns or returns without a RMA # will be refused.
- The following items can not be returned. Items are covered by manufacture warranty.:
- Billiard/ Game Tables
- Heaters & Heat Pumps
- Ice Rinks
- Pool Kits (Above Ground Pools & In-Ground Pools)
- Pool Liners
- Safety Covers
- Spas, Saunas & Hot Tubs
- Special orders and custom made items can not be returned. (i.e. inground liners, spa covers, etc)
- Used items can not be returned. Items carry a manufacture warranty.
- Returns must be sent to the address in the RMA email:
Returns sent to other addresses can not be credited back.
- Please allow up to 30 business days after we receive your return for credits to be processed.
- Shipping & Handling Charges are not refundable.
