Question:   What type of weather conditions will the domes handle?
Answer   Domes can withstand winds up to 40mph but will not handle the weight of any snow fall. If you live in a colder climate, it is recommended to take the dome down for the winter months.

Question:   What is the best way to clean my dome?
Answer   Domes can be washed with either dish soap or car wash soap. Do not use any oil based cleaners it will damage the vinyl.

Question:   How long can I expect my dome to last?
Answer   Domes come with a one year warranty but the covers typically last from 3-5 years and are replaceable

Question:   What happens if my dome gets punctured?
Answer   The domes come with a patch kit and if you were to need more material, you can call the manufacture for it.

Question:   What is involved in taking down the dome and storing it?
Answer   All that has to be done to take down your dome is to unsnap the neoprene cords all around the pool and gently tug the cover off of the frame. As for storage, make sure the cover is clean and dry before storing it. To prevent the vinyl from sticking to itself, cornstarch can be sprinkled on it.

Question:   What other materials are needed to purchase for the dome?
Answer   For an inground pool, you need a wood frame. For all of the domes you are going to need a power drill, duct tape and measuring tape.
