What is included in the delivery?
Our pricing includes curbside delivery only. We recommend having people to help offload your order. The driver will not help with unloading the truck. Service upgrades, such as inside delivery, are extra and not included in our price. Give us a call at 1-800-464-9898 for price quotes
What if my game arrives damaged?
Please inspect the package before signing. If there is any damage (i.e. ripped box, forklift holes or parts falling out), please refused delivery and call us at 1-800-464-9898.
When will my order be delivered?
The freight company will be supplied your contact info to set up a delivery window (Usually 4 -5 hrs). If you miss the delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
