Guide Name: Dome Buying Guide:

Why Get a Dome? A dome will do a lot for you and your pool. The dome will not only extend your pool season it will help save you money on chemicals. Domes will typically raise your dome temperature up to 20 degrees and the air temperature up to 40 degrees. Also a dome will help keep debris such as leaves and dirt out of your pool. A Dome for an above ground pool is not too difficult to install taking only 2-3 hours of work. Even an inground pool dome is not too difficult to install only taking 8 hours to do it. The dome is supported with an aluminum frame and is covered with a clear 12 gauge vinyl. The domes come with one door opening and one or more window depending on dome size. For above ground pool domes you need to know how many uprights you have so that the supports can match up properly. As for the domes for ingrounds pools, you would need to purchase a wood base for it. These domes come in many various sizes.
