With our knowledgable and professional staff, your are purchasing more than just pool supplies, you are receiving the best advice and the proper answers to solve all your pool problems.

    Pools Etc Inc was started in 1990 as a small retail store located in Norwood, Massachusetts.

    In the early Fall of 1995, as the internet started to gain in popularity, we developed our first website. After a few months we realized that the internet was here to stay and purchased our first domain name.

    In early 1997, we moved to North Attleboro, Massachusetts into a larger retail location with warehouse space.

    With the rapid growth of the Internet in the late 90's we decided to close our retail location and focus on the Internet.

    By 2001 we outgrew our old retail location, which we were using as warehouse space at the time, and moved into a warehouse. This allowed us to increase the variety of items that we now had in stock.

    In 2002 we started shipping in stock orders the same day when placed 2:00 ET. Instead of relying on a network of distributors like many of our competitors, we are able to ship your complete order in one shipment with only one delivery.

    In 2005, we started stocking over 2500 different chemicals, cleaners, filters, parts and more, for same day shipping.

    In 2006, to better serve our customers, we moved to Wrentham, MA into a 12,500 square warehouse and office space. With more space, we now stock thousands of items for same day shipping.

    In 2008, to better serve our customers, we now show real time inventory in our shopping cart. No more guess work.
